HD Blooms does contact the recipient to arrange a delivery window. We do require the recipients phone number and email address to coordinate delivery.

Orders must be submitted by 8pm the night previous to be delivered the next day.

Delivery to Calgary and immediate area only. Please contact for custom rate and availability if outside the city.

Next Day Deliveries: We do not accommodate same day delivery, we provide next day or later delivery. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.

Same day deliveries are unavailable for December, Valentines Day, and Mothers Day.

The studio is closed on Sunday

Deliveries are available Monday-Saturday.

Business deliveries will happen before 5pm, but please ensure you indicate it's being delivered to a business. Include the company name so we can ensure arrival before the business closes.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed

During the winter months we will make every attempt to ensure a successful delivery; however, due to below zero temperatures we are unable to leave them on the step. Please ensure the recipient is going to be home. If flowers are undeliverable because the recipient is not available to receive the delivery within 4 days from desired delivery date there will be no refunds available.

Second attempt delivery is available at a reduced rate of $8.
