Refund policy

Any live materials are a perishable item therefore are nonrefundable. Your planters do require regular care as described in our care instructions in order to continue to look amazing and flourish. 

Our planters are designed to flourish through the season under normal conditions; however, once they leave our care, responsibility for their maintenance passes to the client. We cannot guarantee performance in the case of neglect, improper care, or extreme/unexpected weather conditions.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

• Clients may purchase planters one season at a time or prepay for multiple seasons at a discounted rate.

• If you choose to cancel your prepaid subscription, you will be refunded the balance for any outstanding seasons minus a restocking and administrative fee of 20% of the remaining balance. 

• No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the next scheduled delivery date, as your custom planter has already been designed, materials have been ordered, and planting work may be underway.
