At HD Blooms, our goal is to make seasonal planter swaps effortless for you!

Delivery Schedule

We deliver planters seasonally on the following approximate timelines:

• Spring: Mid-March to mid-April

• Summer: Early June

• Fall: Mid to late September

• Winter: Late November to early December

We’ll confirm general delivery windows for each season, but exact dates are not scheduled individually as they can be weather dependent.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team handles everything — we’ll remove your previous planter liner and replace it with your new seasonal design. Most deliveries are contactless; you don’t need to be home for us to complete the swap.

We only require someone onsite/coordinate ahead of time for access if:

• Your delivery location needs indoor access (e.g., through a home or building interior), or

• Your planters are behind a locked gate or in a restricted area.

If that’s the case, we’ll contact you ahead of time to coordinate access.

Think of us as your planter fairies — we quietly arrive, refresh your space, and leave everything looking beautiful!
