Please ensure water in flower vase or vessel is being changed regularly and keep away from heat and sunny areas and you can expect your flowers to last anywhere between 3-10 days. Flowers are a perishable item therefore are nonrefundable.
Please note, we call all recipients in advance of sending item out for delivery to ensure address is accurate and delivery time window works for them. Once order has been designed and delivery has been attempted there is a no refund policy. We will continue to make all efforts to deliver for up to 2 days after the initial delivery day.
